Mycket trevligt gratis stopp över. min fru och jag anlände sent på eftermiddagen men lyckades få en plats. gick ner till båten ramp och hade en fisk. Se upp för den lokala krokodilen. Ren toaletter dump station trevlig promenad på stranden. kunde ha stannat en annan natt.

Free but needs to be booked through Townsville council website. Flushing toilets, drinking water, covered seating, electric bbqs, fishing, playground, 48hr max stay. Fish and chip shop open daily.

Great free camp near the sea, ideal for fishing! Remember to take mosquito repellent, they are voracious in the evening. Clean toilets on site, but no showers. Don't forget to book online via the city's website before arriving!

Nice spot close to the beach. You can hear the waves at night. We arrived at about 6pm (June) and there was one space left. So I would recommend getting there early if possible. Toilets were clean. No private showers though, only the cold outdoor one.

Great free campsite with sea view so inevitably a few mosquitoes! It is better to arrive early because there are not many pitches and even if you need authorization either on the internet (the link is in the comments) or by scanning the QR code at the entrance I think you are not guaranteed to have a spot... because there is no barrier at the entrance. There are picnic tables, barbecues, games for children. The toilets are clean but no hot showers.

Mycket bra läge med lite utrymme. Duschen ligger precis intill barnens lekplats och är kallt. Annars är vattnet inte drickbart, vilket är synd. Toaletterna är rena men det finns många myggor, särskilt på morgonen.

Det finns en ingång med en höjd av 2,4 m, men 2 km längs huvudvägen finns det en annan ingång och det finns ingen bro där.

Gratis camping på stranden, inget säkerhetsnät så att du inte kan simma.

Vi stannade 10 minuter. myggnät är värdelösa.
