Du kan inte hitta något bättre än denna plats. Nestled bland gummiträd med massor av öppna områden för att parkera din husbil och ljudet av naturen som återspeglar i bakgrunden. För att nå denna plats måste du gå in i stängda gårdspår som är tydligt markerade Cockatoo Lake. Det fanns 4 andra här redan och mer långsamt rullande in. Detta är definitivt ett måste stanna över natten eller längre.

Du går in genom en stängd dörr. Se till att du stänger den efter dig. Det var mycket vått när vi anlände och de flesta platserna var under vatten. Men vi hittade en högre plats nära toalettblocket. Hela platsen var mycket ren och snygg, toaletten ser nästan ny ut. Massor av kistor för skräp. Det är mycket tyst och det fanns bara fyra andra campare i parken. Väl värt ett stopp över. Vägen in är 12km av välgjord väg men det är smal. Den sista sektionen är smutsig men mycket smidig.

Perfect spot. Water low. Drive to the right and you can have a whole area to yourself.

Excellent spot for all types of vans, tents and campers We camped here for Australia Day ( Monday ) and we had it all to ourselves, except for the grazing sheep and the hundreds of corella’s Hidden Jem just 11 km off the highway Drop toilets were clean and relatively new Phone reception was good (Telstra) internet was hit and miss

Note: This is a donation camp. We paid $10. What a gem! Wake up to the waterfrontage!! it’s 12 klms off the highway and the last 4 or so are dirt but only a few potholes and no corrugating. Toilets are clean and well appointed. (Ignoring the bugs)! Although the toilets had plenty of bugs our magnetic screens kept them out. So quiet last night we noticed the inverter in the trailer running which went never noticed before! Worth the diversion off the bitumen! Very weak phone signal.

Beautiful campsite by the lake. Flushable toilet, unisex. Few fire bits. Donations by the entrance of the lake. Pets are welcome on a lease. Little phone signal.

Mycket trevligt ställe. Ren sköljd toalett, vacker utsikt och hund vänlig.

Bra ställe. Vatten högt. Lite grumligt men fortfarande kan camping på hög mark. Liten lekplats (slide och barer).

Bra ställe att bo. Massor av rum, tillgänglig, en toalett och massor av soptunnor. Cockatoos är ganska högt.
