The area itself is really nice and when we came it was quite empty. The negative points : The gravel road to come here, a bit rough. The toilets are quite disgusting I don't know for how long they haven't been clean and of course no toilet paper. Also no phone connection at all.

I’d suggest not following Google Maps. It took me down a dangerous gravel road, and after about 10 kilometres I ended up at someone’s farm entrance with signs saying “No entry without appointment.” The worst part was turning back the road was steep with tiny loose stones, my wheels kept spinning, and it was honestly pretty scary.

The site is closed, a danger sign indicates that the access ramp is not usable. Otherwise, Gravel road for 20 minutes and no telephone network

Gräsmattan är lite grym och vågig i delar. Inte bra för större fordon. När jag anlände - jag gick in i lycka. Det var så tyst och fridfullt. Vandringen till stranden var bra och stjärnorna lyste ljust på natten. Jag stannade två tysta nätter. Hade bara en annan van med mig båda nätterna. Det är en tillräckligt stor plats för gott om integritet.

Absolut fantastiskt ställe! Så tyst och bredvid floden, promenaden till stranden är härlig och bara som 2 km och utsikten är fantastisk. Bara vara medveten om att det finns ingen cell service och inget dricksvatten och att komma dit du går med grusväg för som 15 km.

Vackert litet ställe, vacker landsbygdsväg för att komma dit. Rum för ca 10 camper tomter, berättades hälften av utrymmet var privat mark (osäker om sant). Ganska skyddat område, vacker utsikt över vattnet och backen. Toalettanläggningar mycket grundläggande, inget toalettpapper så glad vi kom förberedda. inget rinnande vatten heller, men kunde ha varit tillfälligt. såg några åsnor fångas, misstänker att det är en bra plats för fiske när tidvattnet är i.

Loved our night here, tranquil spot by the river at the end of the road. Quiet and dark with stary skies. Walked out to the coast with nice views back over the river and surrounding country side. Road in was no problem and had just been graded.

Very nice place quite. Next to the river . Walk to the beach . 20mins . Or boat . Can get full on the weekend . Not suitable for large vehicles . Your choice. Road is gravel . Good for a few days or longer stop over . Water is drinkable. Toilet . Good . Clean and tidy . Grounds . ?

What a beatific spot. We arrived late afternoon in our camper van and already there were 2 Motorhomes and 2 smaller vehicles. With plenty of room to spare. Swimming in the river is amazing and kayaking just a few minutes to the beach is the best. If you love to fish this is the place to go. Clean toilets and don’t forget to pop a few dollars into the Iron maiden. No rubbish in site ... Lovely clean spot
