Cash only site, använder ärlighetssystemet i dropbox. Bra 5G-mottagning. Vacker katt välkomnade oss. Powered site var bra, paved, nivå med enkel tillgång till ström och vatten på varje plats. Faciliteter är äldre men vi hittade allt rent och funktionellt. Ljus och varmt vatten i duschar är på en tryckknapp timer men om du håller en armbåge på varmvattenknappen medan du duschar får du en vacker stark och varm dusch. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare i tvätt tar $ 2 mynt. Dump station enkel åtkomst.

We stayed here one night and was the only camper, other then someone staying in a cabin which are available on site Toilets & kitchen available which are both very clean, showers also. $35 for a powered site & drinking water, $30 unpowered. Nice spot of the ocean and had no concerns

Skulle absolut inte rekommendera! väl springa ner och inte rena alls, dörrlås i badrummet och duschen bröts, senare den natten någon skrek utanför vår camper att duschen inte hade moped efter användning, för att inte tala om att det var vått och smutsigt innan vi kom dit! $ 70 är en rip off

It's a very clean and quiet town, near the sea, with beautiful scenery. Unlike other reviews that mentioned being mistreated, the host was also very friendly.

Spent a lovely night at this campground on a powered site. Can't pre book but was very quiet whilst we were there. A little on the pricey side with cash only honesty box. Facilities were very clean and ample for what we needed. Beautiful sunrise. Excellent WiFi.

I read all the negative reviews and I completely disagree. This campsite is great. Close to the ferry terminal. Lovely views! Clean toilets and kitchens. Self service check in so bring cash, if not there’s a cash machine at four square just down the road. No check in and check out times. I felt safe as a solo traveller. Good signal and free wifi!

I’m never one to leave a negative review, however the manager of this site was exceptionally rude. We have travelling the entire country and this was the only campsite we have avoided due to the managers behaviour.

Facilities were clean, easy to check in through cash in envelope. A bit over priced but overall enjoyed it. Very friendly cat at the site which made it even better

Self-serviced campground as you pay by putting money in an envelope. Campground is nothing fancy and facilities are out-dated. They are clean though and hot showers. Possibility of a nice walk near sterling point just around the corner. Convenient location close to ferry to Stewart Island.

Campingplatsen är bekvämt belägen, gården är platt och det finns gott om grönska. Sanitetsanläggningarna är inte acceptabla: två toaletter, en dusch och en dusch är smutsiga och en är täppt. Köket är mycket smutsigt, och tvättmaskinen och torktumlaren är gamla och också smutsiga. Betalning är endast möjlig kontant. $70 för en natt är alltför dyrt.
