This campsite has everything you need. The facilities are clean and the atmosphere is great. We were there on Friday, and every Friday there's a food truck festival, which was surprisingly fun and delicious. Nothing big, but the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. We were passing through with our campervan and definitely recommend this campsite!

$40 2 people powered site. Mostly filled with permanent structures. WiFi wasn’t working when we were there. Bathrooms are dated and very cold as have no external doors or heating so not the nicest to have a shower this time of year. Okay for one night if need be.

$40 for 2 for a powered site. Facilities are ok but no doors on the toilet blocks and fixed open windows make for a VERY cold shower experience in the winter. The WiFi didn’t work and the guy said he was going to get it fixed. Also the site is between the main road and the railway line, both weren’t too much of a problem.

$40 a night two people powered site. We were the only casual people here. NZMCA site says $35 a night. This was what we paid previously. When I raised what NZMCA have posted I got quite negative response. Facilities seem to be very good.
