Nơi yên tĩnh đẹp với rất nhiều không gian. Cắm trại bên hồ cung cấp tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp ra hồ. Rất nhiều loài chim. Không có nước chảy tại thời điểm này nhưng trang web DOC làm cho điều đó rất rõ ràng khi đặt phòng. Nhà vệ sinh rất tốt với 2 giọt dài mới cùng với các cơ sở cũ hiện có. Tất cả đều sạch sẽ và gọn gàng.

Showed up here around 9pm. Was the only campervan. Didn't check the toilets but looked like 1 long drop set of 2 toilets. Had no cell service so went just a bit down the road to Guy Roe Reserve, where there are showers you can pay for as well. However the long drop toilets here are gross and full of flies, so pick your poison!

The place is extremely quiet, great for some privacy and a nice sleep. There are loads of spots. However, no shower and terrible toilets, they were full with dead flies. I wonder when was the last time that they were cleaned.

Barriers are closed in the evening. You can't get in without a booking. Went there completely for free, unfortunately it wasn't clear from the apps.

Cute little campsite, not too much privacy but nice lake views. Went for a morning swim - stayed on the long weekend and still plenty of space. The ash road site further down the road has more trees surroundings with the lake views. Would have been louder with a lot more people .... But would probably stay there for the trees next time! very friendly camp manager :)

Arrived at 5 p.m. before dark. We realize that to pay you have to go to the DOC office located in Rotorua. The site is nice but the payment method is binding.
