Incredibly beautiful place, view of the lake and the mountains. Sun on site until sunset

So peaceful. Free hot showers. Hardly anyone here and plenty of space if there was. We pulled right up to the lake and enjoyed sunset and sunrise. Just follow the link to make a reservation.

Nơi này rất đẹp. Chúng tôi ở lại 2 đêm liên tiếp (Fri và Sat) và đó là yên tĩnh với rất nhiều không gian. Có lẽ 10-12 xe tải khác ở đó, nhưng tất cả đều nằm cách xa. Có nhà vệ sinh không có dòng chảy, và một vòi sen nóng! Tôi đã làm một số câu cá trout nhưng không bắt được bất cứ điều gì đáng tiếc. Con đường xuống không phải là tuyệt vời, có lỗ khoan và đá. Tôi rất khuyên bạn nên.

Arrived at night in the dark, hard to see things but there was plenty space. Some dogs barking but that was it. Toilet clean, did not use the shower. Other than that mainly raining so didn’t see much, it was ok in the rain if you think about where you park. Internet mediocre.

Wonderful freedom campground!Beautiful view and atmosphere. Easy to get the permit and there is FREE HOT SHOWER! Love it!

Lovely spot even in the pouring rain! Really peaceful, loads of space too. Long drip toilets. Council did a rubbish run first thing in the morning. Would definitely stay again 😊 Apply for a free permit with South Waikato Council.
