Skræmmende service og nul gæstfrihed. Vi meddelte ejendommen om vores sene ankomst og udfyldte deres formular, men de lovede adgangsoplysninger kom aldrig. Da vi ringede efter hjælp, var personalemedlemmet uhøfligt og hængte op. De beskyldte os for at være sent og afviste vores e-mails som "ikke mit ansvar." Vi fulgte deres instruktioner, men blev behandlet som problemet. Vi kom ind, men modtog ingen undskyldning eller facilitetsvejledning. Skyld gæster for en kommunikationsfejl er uacceptabelt.
