Great spot right on the beach. Across the street takeout Indian food which was great. Watching the sunset!

Good freedom camp for the night. Just 1 site for self contained vehicles on the first car park where we stayed. Direct access to the beach, toilets and outdoor shower not too far.

On this specific car park, there is only one self-contained vehicle per night permitted. On the car park next to it, there are two self-contained vehicles per night permitted. And I think there is one more car park, but I didn’t go there to check how many cars are allowed. The location is beautiful, though, and definitely worth it if you manage to get a spot.

At 6 p.m. all places are full or overcrowded. We won't take the risk of a $400 fine.

Fremragende udsigt selvom det bliver temmelig blæsende, så vær forberedt på at blive rystet til at sove, selv i et stort køretøj. Vi havde en 6 berth motorhome og det stadig rystede det meste af natten.

Toilet er ved at blive renoveret, og der er ingen andre til at erstatte det i øjeblikket. Dette betyder ingen toilet for alle tre gratis campingpladser langs denne sektion. Vi foreslår at gå til Marine Gardens lidt længere mod syd - et godt sted og ved siden af restauranten er der toiletter.

Fantastisk lille park til en mindre van, tæt på en fantastisk mexicansk restaurant også!

Pleasant place 2 steps from the meeting point for Kapiti Island. Only 1 place I believe. WC closed at night. Restaurant bars nearby

252 steps to the toilet. Quite well sheltered from the wind. Small amount of road noise but mainly only small vehicles. Not suitable for the longer rigs.

Great spot, super close to everything and public toilets not too far away. A little noisy at one point but would use spot again.
