Sehr schöner Ort. Zwar musste man außerhalb des benannten Gebiets parken, aber es schien kein Problem zu sein. Viele Menschen in ihren Vans oder Campern bleiben. Guter Ort relativ in der Nähe von Auckland, lohnt sich die Umkehr und die Fahrt bis zum Ende der Halbinsel für eine schöne Wanderung.

I stayed here for over a week at the beginning of August without any problems. A very pleasant place, toilets cleaned daily, and people set up camp without any issues outside of the designated spaces 😊

Bietet eine schöne Aussicht in einer ruhigen Lage, umgeben von Booten. Das Geräusch der Fähre beginnt ein wenig früh. Die Toiletten haben kein Trinkwasser. Die 10 Räume sind nicht genug, so dass Vans in den anderen Räumen parken, aber es gibt keine Durchsetzung während der Saison.

Pretty busy but more than 10 vans can stay. Safe and quiet, bathrooms are good enough and views are really nice. Nothing wrong with this one.

Good campsite with about 10 official campgrounds we arrived at 5 p.m. and the seats were already occupied but we simply put ourselves between 2 seats because they are very wide.

10 large bays marked with yellow paint and according to the FC rules for the site a maximum of 10 SCVs arr permitted (1 only per bay) … but you can fit 2 small vans per bay, so more can physically park than permitted but you run the risk of a fine (if the enforcement officer can determine which vans were #11+!!)

A lot of space and with a beautiful beach nearby

The parking spaces have been marked extra wide so that there are only 10. However, two people can fit into one if they agree.
