Schöner Ort nicht zu weit von Queenstown mit einem guten Blick auf den See. Nicht viele flache Plätze und die Badezimmer scheinen selten serviert zu werden, aber ein ausgezeichneter Ort zum Camping für die Nacht dennoch.

Halb schmutziges Badezimmer, wenn es regnet, wird es ein bisschen gefährlich, über das Auto zu stürzen und hat wenige flache Räume zum Parken.

Aufenthalt hier Anfang August, und hatte noch ziemlich ein paar Vans. Wenn Sie eines der Ebene Punkte direkt am Strand wollen, dann früh ankommen. Schöne Aussicht über den See. Auf der Straße, aber hörte keine Verkehrslärm. Toiletten sauber, und einige Telefonsignal.

An den Ufern des Sees. Viel Platz im Winter. Es gibt einen Eingang und einen Ausgang, so dass Sie nicht umdrehen müssen. Seien Sie nur vorsichtig, da die Ufer des Sees können weich zu parken, die ein Problem zu verlassen schaffen. Ruhiger Ort 45 Minuten von Queenstown. Große Haltestelle auf dem Weg nach Milford Sound.

Great location facing the lake and near Queenstown, lots of space that fills up quickly. Registration on DOC is required. Long drops that smell.

Pulled in here but chose not to stay. It had attracted people that give Freedom Camping a bad name. While the site was less than half full, the rubbish bins were overflowing, the toilets stank (very very badly) & clothes & rubbish was strewn across the site, over trees etc. A real shame that people can't be more respectful because the location is stunning with lots of capacity.

Incredible views over the lake if you get there early enough to park there. We got there a bit before 5pm and it was nearly full. Do people don’t listen to the signs. Good service and quiet. Would defo stay again. Helpful it had bins too!

Beautiful spot with awesome views for a free campsite. Bathrooms were clean (a bit smelly). There was a lot of space when we arrived around 6pm and registered. I had perfectly fine phone service but my boyfriend did not. Would recommend this place for sure.
