We were so happy we stopped here! Good weather, not sure how nice it’d be if it were raining. Lots of history, cool sites, great photo opportunities, very nice people. We found ourselves wandering around and found some AMAZING sequoia trees! Good place to stop if you have the time and weather is nice. There weren’t many people at all!

So worth a visit! You can walk in old historic "shops" and cottages, and stables, there is a lot of history! Beautiful location on the lake, little cafe right in the middle of the street with lake views, and even a little give and take a book free library cupboard. Would definitely recommend for a short break!

Cute town to do a quick visit. Lovely handmade soaps at The Tent Shop in the Historic Precinct. Diesel seemed a lot cheaper here so maybe top up your camper here before you hit Queenstown.
