Großer Ort!! Erwachte auf eine herrliche Aussicht auf die schneebedeckten Berge und war nicht zu windig. Nur Lärm kam von der Straße, aber nicht schlecht. So viele Optionen für Punkte und Haufen von Platz, auch mit einer anständigen Menge von Campern gibt Es wird zurückkehren!

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier als Haltestelle auf dem Weg nach Queenstown, aber ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Toiletten waren sauber, es gab so viele Räume für LKWs und die Aussicht am Morgen waren absolut atemberaubend!!

Large parking near a lake, the setting is hyper nice, with very clean toilets. There are also picnic tables. Do the job for a freecamp

We arrived late from Queenstown and it was a perfect safe bet, huge gravel area, easily accessible, very flat and dry. Beautiful with the lake in front and it has public toilets and rubbish bins. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great spot, flat with plenty of space and toilets. On the side of a river/lake with awesome view of the sunrise over the hills. Close to road, but noise not too bad in a camper.

Great spot! Can park anywhere you like, I turned up at 5pm and there were lots of spaces to choose from. Security went around in the car a couple times taking reg plates to note you being there and making sure you don’t overstay. Full 5G phone signal. 10/10 spot will be back again.

Guter freier Ort, um zu bleiben, wenn Sie nach Wanaka gehen. Saubere Toiletten und schöner Ort zum Schwimmen. Viele Camper, aber immer noch ruhig und Sie können einen schönen Parkplatz finden!
