Do not recommend staying here at all. Woman at the front desk was incredibly unfriendly, facilities are terrible and you have to pass the drinking men in order to access the shower and toilet.

Wir blieben hier 27 Feb nach der Fahrt in den Regen in der Nacht. Die Taverne und der Tankstelle nebenan waren geschlossen. Wir fanden einen Platz für unsere Van und bezahlt in der Tankstelle am Morgen. Toilette, heiße Dusche WLAN ... Sie können nicht mehr bitten!

Wonderful place, $20 per night. Hot shower, toilets, and Wi-Fi included, and extra for the restaurant area. We stayed there twice and always felt safe.

A nice place. Quiet at night despite the main road nearby. The manager is great. There is a hot shower and toilet, very clean. A power socket and a sheltered terrace area with tables and chairs. I recommend it. All this for £20, including Wi-Fi.

A very nice spot at the back of a tavern. There's only one toilet and one shower, but they work very well. No need to reserve; there's plenty of space. Enjoy the tavern's drinks and food—everything is very good. Price: $20 per vehicle.

Excellent site ran by great staff

Excellent campsite. We paid $20 for two people. Toilet, shower, and Wi-Fi included. Water refill station for the van was also available. Beers and meals were reasonably priced. Perfect for sleeping before visiting Wai-o-Tapu.
