Very disappointing experience. The reviews were good and we had heard positive things, but the reality was very different. They didn’t reply to our WhatsApp messages or emails, and nobody was there when we arrived. The bathrooms were dirty, with soaking wet floors, and the kitchen was unclean, with many things not working. The maintenance staff we encountered were unfriendly and sometimes rude. It’s a shame, but we definitely do not recommend this place.

Very beautiful place with everything you need available! Electricity, kitchen, bathroom with hot water, even a laundry corner 👍🏼 and all that at an affordable price!

Bequeme und einfache Gehweite zu Restaurants. Informationszentrum direkt gegenüber der Straße. Preise sehr gut - besser als weniger besuchte Gebiete auf der Nordinsel. Badezimmer sauber. Standorte umgeben von Garten, die sie privat machen.

Dieser Ort ist absolut schön! Die Duschen und die Küche sind super bequem und immer ordentlich. Plus, die Aussicht auf die Berge und den Gipfel sind einfach atemberaubend. Es ist einfach zu erreichen, und die Plätze sind perfekt für RVs. Sie werden auch eine Abfallstation, sauberes Wasser und Stromanschlüsse, die ein Wind zu verwenden sind. Sehr empfehlenswert! Nach einem langen Tag, nehmen Sie ein Bier im Stadtzentrum - es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang.

Der Campingplatz ist in einer großartigen Lage und schön eingerichtet. Sie müssen nur sehr vorsichtig sein, wenn Sie einen Campervan fahren (uns ist 7,8m lang), um zu vermeiden, Steine beim Ausfahren zu schlagen.

Really cute campsite with private powered sites. Only downside is when we showered at 10pm the bathrooms needed some tlc (only 2 open cubicles for the whole site)

Perfect location! Camping in the heart of Franz Joseph, each location has privacy thanks to the hills and trees, everything is super clean. Spacious bathroom, there is even a dry hair girl side. Eviver with hot water and kitchen space. $20 for 1 person it is perfect

We really enjoyed it! The toilets and showers were very clean. There was even a hairdryer available if needed. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the campsite, and self-check-in was easy. The kitchen is outdoors but functional. We were able to use the kettle and toaster for lunch. Several pitches are private, offering a sense of privacy.

Clean facilities, hot showers, lovely sites nestled in the bush for our Hi-Top van, best stay that we've had.
