Really not worth it, except for those who love hiking. 2:30, and virtually the large turn, NO Gold Mine, closed trails, nothing interesting, only a ground scrap iron. Large walk in the woods but we can do exactly the same in France.
Just a walk in the woods long enough if we make the full circle and no cave or mine only see plates tips along the way. Conclusion: practical for the sport of running !! you be the judge!
