Το κάμπινγκ βρίσκεται μεταξύ του σιδηροδρόμου και του δρόμου Α1, οπότε είναι θορυβώδες αλλά πάντα ευπρόσδεκτο για έναν ύπνο στο δρόμο.

Good spot to break up the drive to Chch for the night. No toilet. Road noise was negligble.

Everybody seems to be afraid of this place. Not sure why. The negatives: a bit of noise coming from the road but acceptable and no toilets. The positives: the place is large enough for 15 to 20 vehicles so you are almost certain to find a place (today, we are alone with the many birds) and there are two tables. It would only be muddy after big rains but under normal circumstances, absolutely no issue (gravel in the center and grass on the side).

Based on the reviews, I was expecting a real nightmare! In reality, there were tables for eating and a bit of greenery. It's true, there's no toilet... Beyond that, only one person was parked there, and it was safe. As for the road noise I read about, it wasn't bothersome!

Nice spot to break up our trip, road noise didn't bother us. It's a pitty the track to the river is covered in toilet paper and 💩!! No wonder we lose so many FC areas when they are treated like this 😡

Ήρθε για να αμφισβητήσει τον σειριακό δολοφόνο πουλί, απλά μας γέμισε με μια φρίκη χωρίς πρόοδο σήμερα. συνολική εμπειρία 7/10 TIL επόμενη φορά δολοφόνο πουλί

Υπάρχει χώρος για 10-15 αυτοκίνητα και 2 πίνακες πικ-νικ. Το μέρος είναι ήσυχο, αν και είναι στην πλευρά του δρόμου.

Απλή στάση ανάπαυσης στην άκρη του δρόμου. Καθαρό μπάνιο. Μείναμε εδώ 1 νύχτα για να σπάσουμε την οδήγηση από το Christchurch-Kaikoura.
