Για να φτάσετε εκεί στο σκοτάδι παίρνετε ένα πραγματικά δύσκολο μονοπάτι ανάμεσα σε τρύπες και καταρράκτες, όλα στο σκοτάδι. πληρώσαμε $ 18 ανά άτομο και στο τέλος τα μπάνια δεν λειτούργησαν, το τηλέφωνο δεν πήρε, δεν υπήρχε ούτε πόσιμο νερό, ούτε καν αυτό. αν βρέχει τα αυτοκίνητα αν δεν είναι 4x4 παραμένουν μπλοκαρισμένα.

Amazing location with 360 mountain views, drop toilets were okay (not the worst). Super quiet and spacious at this time of the year. The drive in is bumpy but doable in campervan 7.2m long. Tempted to stay longer here, good walks/hikes nearby. Would be wary if heavy rainfalls due to road out though. No signal but they have wifi if you need to book your site once you get there

Φανταστικό μέρος κατασκήνωσης! Όμορφη θέα και λίμνη κολύμβησης. Ο δρόμος ήταν λίγο κουραστικός αλλά ωραίος. Μεγάλο μέρος ιππασίας δίπλα. Τα αεροπλάνα ήταν πεινασμένα εκεί! Θα επέστρεφα! Έτσι ειρηνικές και ωραίες πεζοπορίες κοντά. Δεν κελί.

Unreal location — mountains everywhere, lake right there. Arriving early pays off, though it was less busy than expected. The drive in? Aggressively bumpy. Your cupboards will file a complaint. Facilities are… questionable. Long-drops with strong personality. A few sandflies, but still within diplomatic range. Great walk from camp and perfect for a swim. Neighbours were two young guys vibing to 70s classics with unexpectedly wild dance moves. Curious what fueled that level of groove.

Καταπληκτική κατασκήνωση με υπέροχη θέα! Περισσότερο από αρκετό χώρο για την ιδιωτικότητα. Δεν υπάρχει τηλεφωνική υποδοχή καθόλου. Ο δρόμος προς την κατασκήνωση είναι αρκετά χάλκινος δρόμος που μπορεί να είναι ασταθής.

Very bumpy drive in. Beautiful scenery but very basic facilities. Drop toilet was clean. Scenery over comfort. Zero phone signal and limit on WiFi usage.

Definitely one of my best choice of campsite in my New Zealand trip. Although the facilities are simple and not in well-maintained condition, the lake view surrounding by mountains is spectacular. Along the road path to get in is kind of private property, you might see cows, cattle, horses, sheep indeed besides your camper van. Downsides for this place were: - No phone signal - Toilet not hygiene - Entry only recommends in Spring & Summer

Personally I loved this campground, fun drive amongst the cows and sheep, beautiful lakes, super quiet and lots of space for campers. Road to get there is gravel but totally fine just go slowly. Facilities are bare bones but that’s the tradeoff. Toilets are not the cleanest, and that’s really the only major facilities available. No phone signal and just be wary of the grassy bits if it’s raining they can get muddy. Would have stayed more nights if I could.

It's a really nice spot but the toilets were covered in rat droppings and urine which wasn't good!
