Walking up is steep but rewarding when you’re up there! Seen a blue tongue and heaps of Potoroo
Short steep path was really very steep! Otherwise you have a great view from above and the circular route is very beautiful. We saw echidnas and wallabies.
Must visit whilst in Stanley, short steep walk to the summit and then a nice loop to complete around the top. Highly recommend its stunning !!
Really nice place to be. The walk up (500m) is really steep but to drive up is too expensive. Lovely walk on top of the nut. If you go clockwise then there are nearly at the end a few wallabies same kangaroos. Nice views overall.
Steep climb for 450m, but doable if you take your time. Chairlift is $11pP so not really worth it in my opinion. The 2km walk around The Nut has steps and uneven surfaces but is altogether flat and easy. There are benches and lookouts everywhere, even picnic tables in a little forest. Nice views in good weather. The whole of walking up, around and down took us about 1.5hrs taking our time.
Nice walk around the top of the Nut, the way up is very steep but short (10minutes). Be aware, the guy at the Café/Gift shop is unfriendly. He refused to do a coffee when I went there.
Fantastic views from the chairlift, you can see forever. Easy to get on and off
Very steap chairlift, a beautiful walk around the top of the nut. You might get lucky and see a few wallabys
