Rude staff. Attention! They make you pay for powered sites even if you use un unpowered one. Very dishonest staff. And Expensive! 58$ 2 people
Spacious holiday park, decent sites. Clean toilets, good hot shower (lasts 7minutes). Kitchen big and well stocked. Good laundry area. TV room also comfortable. Good WiFi!
Lovely clean peaceful park and lovely people running it 💖
Very clean and well equipped. Kitchen and bbqs. Helpful and friendly staff.
Stayed there January 24 before taking the ferry early in the morning. Very nice camping, sites are nice, great facilities, clean.. we paid 66$ for 2A+1C on powered site.
Ok für eine Nacht - wegen sehr kurzem Weg zu Fähre (5 Minuten).Facilities sauber. Sehr laut wegen ständigem Schwerlast-Verkehr, auch nachts.
Lovely site clean and tidy and nicely situated to get on the ferry. Price is better if you are seniors like we are. Everyone likes a bargain .
This site accepts late arrivals if your on the late ferry. The staff are extremely helpful. The site and facilities are clean and well maintained. Very close to Picton, which is a lovely town.
Stayed two nights here. Showers are very nice and clean. Camp is quiet and close to the marina. We did the hike up to “The Snout”. Beautiful track and nice views. We enjoyed staying here and also a few nice restaurants nearby.
Tasman Holiday Parks Picton - From $40
Tasman Holiday Parks Picton appears to be a convenient and well-equipped campsite, with clean facilities, a friendly staff, and a good location near the ferry terminal and town center. Many reviewers praise the shower and bathroom facilities, kitchen and laundry facilities, and helpful staff. However, some reviewers note that the site is small and that the hot water supply can run out quickly, especially with the 7-minute timer. Additionally, some reviewers mention that the kitchen and living areas are outdated.
There are also some discrepancies in the prices, with some reviewers paying $35 and others paying $66 for a powered site. One reviewer had a negative experience with the staff and felt that the campsite was overpriced.
Overall, it seems that Tasman Holiday Parks Picton is a solid choice for campers who need a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after taking the ferry. However, potential campers should be aware of the potential drawbacks and factor those into their decision.
