We arrive at 3:30pm and the gate was locked, no notice on the entrance sign as to say why.
What a gem of a spot!! So close to the river which the kids spent hrs swimming in! Nice flat ground for packing up. We were the only ones here! Was so surprised there wasn’t more camper. Definitely coming back here again next time
Arrived at 17:00 and gate was locked
Was locked at 21.15
Gate to grass area was locked, small gravel carpark open right next to the main road.
Gravel down. Not large any more. Bollards in place 3 or 4 vehicles at most.
Just drove past, very muddy!!!
Just a field near the river, bad gravelroad, long grass and it’s near the road
We arrived around 22h and the grid was still open :) We came there because the freecamp of the lake was on the road not great for calm, so even if the path is full of big holes we do not regret our quiet night with the singing of the birds when waking up and the water of the river to fall asleep;). PS: I saw a commentary saying that the person was not reassured to sleep there but we, not even 10min after our arrival safety made the round of freecamp point rather reassuring :)
Unfortunately We arrive after 6 in town and the gates were closed ! Quite sad cause even in winter , some travelers are still having a life before 5pm, before camping ! ;) The city was very sad as well! Nothing in the city centre open except new world
