Casi estando allí, cuando acabo de llegar y abri el coche para sacar mis cosas por 1 min, mi coche ya estaba lleno de moscas. Decidió salir de inmediato. Y la carretera era muy turbia.

Great location facing the lake, good amount of room. Cost 10 dollars to DOC , sandflies and long drop very smelly.

Los baños nunca se limpiaron correctamente mantenidos, un montón de moscas, pero esta es la situación alrededor de esta zona.

Lugar maravilloso, peor mantenimiento. El lugar tiene una vista increíble, cerca del lago, cerca de puntos de partida de senderismo y campos de la escena de lotería. Pero digamos que desea beber café, hay miles de moscas atacando por la mañana, la misma noche. No hay gestión de residuos. Los baños también no son buenos.

This is the worst campsite I’ve ever stayed in, I cannot believe you have to pay to stay here. The toilets are vile and made me gag, the access to the lake is filled with spilt oil, and the thousand of sandflies attack you instantly. This is a terrible place to stay and we left after less than an hour and got a refund! Avoid.

Fine spot. Lake views were great but made for a LOT of midges naturally. Toilets were pretty stinky and had no reception. Forrest behind campsite was great to explore and walk around in. Access road was gravelly but do-able in a van, would avoid in heavy rain.

Fantastic location! The gravel road is fine for a large campervan. Only the last stretch is narrow, but oncoming traffic moved out of the way easily. Definitely adequate cell phone reception!

If you’re looking for a rugged, off a beaten path site in the middle of the forest, this is for you! No amenities, but the serenity is lovely. Know that the access road is quite long and very uneven.

El peor lugar que hemos estado. no puedo creer que tengas que pagar por este sitio! El camino para llegar allí es solo piedras por unos 10 km. Es extremadamente trágico y difícil de conducir en un campervan. Es más barato que otros, pero probablemente gastes más en combustible en la terrible carretera. También había un montón de moscas pequeñas y ninguna señal telefónica.

Ok para una noche con una hermosa vista (visión del lago no es lo mismo que las vistas de las montañas de Glenorchy). Los baños eran olorosos pero usables. Buen parche de hierba pequeña para max 3 tiendas pequeñas. Muchas moscas después de las 7pm y por la mañana. Ruta de barro para llegar aquí, tome lentamente
