Very nice place, however, the toilets are not indicated! So if you arrive at night, you have to take the path that goes down to the park. The toilets are not in the first large house but in the small house further away. Count about 5-8 min walk.

Full parking reserved for the campervan. Beautiful and immense park just in front of the low + river. Good phone reception. Road near but not disturbed by the noise. safe place!

Its a fine place to stay over night. There is beutiful garden to walk. Toilets are litle bit out of hand. Plenty of space. quiet place.

Awesome spot! There were probably 6 other camper vans in the lot at the same time as us. The gardens were great too! We got there around 6 pm and had no issues getting a spot. Definitely room for 25 or 30 vans.

This place is pure magic. The garden is absolutely stunning! Freecamp is at a parking lot, next to the road(not busy during the night) right at the entrance of the garden. Around 25 spots available. Stayed for 1 night, around 8 more vans was present. Toilets are super clean, in the cottage building in the garden or even next to the BBQ area. Toilets are a small walk away from the parking lot (3-4 mins), but tou will definitely enjoy your walk. Water station next to BBQ area. Recommend!

Great place! We stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it. The road next to the car park is quiet, so it didn’t bother us at all. The toilets are about a 5-minute walk away, but they’re located inside the park, making the walk really pleasant. The toilets are also very clean — honestly, the cleanest toilets we’ve seen at a free campsite (flush toilets!). Highly recommend this place! ❤️

Toilet available in the park right next door. Quite a quiet road, ideal for hiking in Paranaki nearby. Very few people, probably due to the lack of reviews, but I recommend it!
