Lugar privado, tranquilo y sin luces. Puede ser un poco aterrador en la noche. Estuvo 1 noche y sólo había 1 van. Es justo en medio de la nada y muy lejos de una ciudad.

No hay baños, permanezca en el campamento gratuito Waihaha DOC por la carretera en su lugar - baños, zona de cocina y lavavajillas para lavar los platos, además de una gran cantidad de espacio.

Nos alojamos por una noche y fue muy tranquilo. Siga las señales para la estación de energía y no encontrará ningún problema.

Very quiet peacefully spot for a night's stopover. Directions and GPS cordinates not quite right. Instead of driving straight ahead when you get to the last intersection via towards the right, sign says Rangipo Power Station

Quiet it feels good to be alone on a spot. With snow! :-)

This site is 500 Mtrs or so past the main campground but not marked well. After passing the main signposted camp area beside the stream, turn left into a road that stops at a power station. There seem to be a few holes in the forest right next to the stream. Wonderful clear water. Shade and sun where required .
