Hi guys, space is ok, but dangerous area. We went for a hike, 1 hour gone, when we come back our van had two windows broken (the stole some of our stuff). Police said it's very common at that place and happened few times in last few weeks. Also no signal, you have to drive 2km to get some. Take care

Parking for several vehicles, at the end of a road so very quiet at night, impeccable toilets with hand dryer!! Drinking water fountain. The hiking trails are busy in the morning, a very pleasant walk and very well maintained. Be careful, no phone signal, unless you're lucky next to the downstairs toilet!

Grand endroit. toilettes propres et fontaine d'eau. Grande forêt pour la randonnée le matin.

Cet endroit est à nouveau ouvert. Parking simple à la grêle, assez plat. Très calme, les barrières fermées pour la nuit. Toilettes et eau potable disponibles toute la nuit. Aucune réception de téléphone portable du tout. Endroit étonnant si vous voulez aller voir les arbres kauri!
