Site was good for parking wise BUT I found it unbelievable that you have to pay to use the showers and on top of that the showers and toliets are completely unisex this creates a massive opening for sexual assault. I personally did not feel safe sharing bathrooms and paying already $56 for a powered site then paying $5 extra for hot water. Didn’t use any of the other facilities such as the kitchen ect.

Lovely views of the beach and bay- worth booking Beach side pitch. Very clean toilets and showers. Showers need $1 coin and work well. Nice site with established shrubs on site, feels less barren than most sites. Pitches are very small so might feel crowded in peak season but lovely in March. We didn't use the cafe or kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small playground plus bouncing pillow and trampoline.

Lovely tidy park with great, clean facilities. We had a great pitch backing on to the beach with wonderful views. We had to leave earlier than planned, due to the severe weather warnings.

Les installations sont vieilles et petites, la cuisine, pas de place pour plus de 3 personnes à la fois. Ils facturent la douche mais j'ai essayé 2 et ils ne travaillaient pas à 7h30 et personne n'est sur le site à cette heure du matin. Ils ont recommandé d'utiliser une installation unisexe mais ma femme ne les utiliserait pas parce qu'ils avaient des campers permanents sur le site et elle pensait que c'était effrayant.

Personnel sympathique, installations raisonnables. $50 pour deux personnes pour camper pour une nuit. Les douches coûtent plus cher. Notre site de tente était très petit et exposé avec des routes directement derrière et à droite de nous, un sentier à l'avant, et une autre tente pouces à gauche.

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant 2 nuits. « Sur » la plage, cependant, il est recouvert de roches noires et de bois de dérive et vous êtes conseillé de ne pas nager dans l'eau sur les plages de Napier en raison du fort sous-sol. Le camping était calme, propre, abordable et abondant. Les douches sont $1/5 min. Les lave-linge / sèche-linge sont $4 / $2 respectivement.

Grand site mais vraiment petite cuisine et toilette. la plage n'est pas belle. trop cher à mauvaise qualité.

endroit fantastique pour rester, avoir des pièces d'un dollar prêtes si vous venez dans l'après-midi ou pendant que la réception est ouverte pour les douches. nous sommes arrivés alors qu'ils étaient ouverts. endroit agréable et propre

We arrived just slightly after hours and didn’t realize we had to bring dollar coins- ONLY dollar coins- to make the showers work ($1/5min). There isn’t a change machine, so with the office being closed we had to beg an exchange for two off whoever happened to be in the kitchen at the time. Nobody else had realized this was the case either.The men’s showers only got lukewarm for the last two minutes, women’s lukewarm the whole time, otherwise cold. Otherwise facilities were relatively clean and orderly, site was pretty quiet. Washer was effective, dryer not so much ($4 for 30 mins, jeans were still quite damp at the end). Lots of birds- one of them decided to knock on our window for about 20 mins straight at 6am, and we woke up to bird poo all over everything. Nothing you can do about nature though.
