Great views but only place for 4-5 campers. Be careful not parking 30cm outside the signals, they're going to find you and fine you, even at 2:30 am. 400$NZ specificaly.

Sembra molto bello, ma attenzione, la maggior parte delle persone non sembra controllare e è deludente guidare così lontano dalla strada solo per trovare nessun posto rimane - e con solo tre posti disponibili, buona fortuna.

Punto assolutamente meraviglioso ma si riempie prima delle 6 del pomeriggio, ci siamo arrivati alle 5 del primo giorno e i 3 spazi sono stati presi quindi siamo andati prima il giorno successivo. Abbiamo lasciato un po 'dopo le 8 del mattino e non abbiamo avuto problemi gli altri due furgoni erano ancora lì eravamo solo preoccupati di ottenere una multa!

Il sistema che ti dice se gli spazi sono disponibili non funziona; purtroppo, sono andato e sono stati tutti presi.

Molto bello posto sul lago. Super vista, bellissimo sorgere del sole.- e tramonto. Purtroppo ci sono solo 3 posti. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di ottenere uno. Il sistema di prenotazione non è abbastanza maturo. Quindi ha senso non venire così tardi. In agosto ora probabilmente nessun problema. nessun bagno nelle vicinanze!!!

Bel posto ma solo tre posti.E come altre persone hanno già detto, le persone arrivano troppo presto per prenotare i loro posti senza effettuare il check-in.

People do not respect the 6pm arrival time. Do a drive by earlier 5:30-5:45 and check for campers. If those campers are there at 6pm call the council on +64 3 443 7243 and report them. $400 fine for not adhering to the rules.

Do NOT waste your time going here. Even though the online status will say all 3 locations are available, you will show up and all spots will be taken by small vans that may or may not be self contained. Also, there is no reason for this campsite to only be 3 spots. There is a ton of room in the area.

There is a public bathroom at 600 meters. At 21 hs a private truck came to the screams and badly spoken to throw out those who were outside the 3 designated places.

It is meant to be for self contained vans but gets hugged by small vans with a self contained sticker on them which are not self contained well before the check in time and council does nothing about it. Don’t waste your time.
