$15 per person isn't much. There were so many sandflies that you couldn't sit outside. Out of desperation, we drove on to another location. This location isn't recommended if you can't sit inside the bus. There are no showers. The toilet is a 10-minute walk through the woods. This path isn't lit.

Beautiful views of the lake, lots of sandflies, and we hardly left the campervan. Arrive before the visitor center closes to make a reservation, or book online through the DOC website. They check that you have reservations. The kitchen electricity wasn't working, but the powered site electricity was.

Best lake spot I’ve ever stayed at full stop. No sand flies or mossies or any bugs (whitch is pretty strange especially judging by the previous comments, guess DOC must have gotten a handle on it by now). The water is prefect for kyaking and did that all day until my dog almost drowned 🙊😬😅😂 it happens

The spot is great but it’s impossible to stay because of the sandflies ! You can’t take a shower or stay outside without having 100 of them all on your body

Molto meno occupato rispetto agli altri siti sul lago intorno qui. Solo $ 10 a persona. Come detto, essere consapevoli delle mosche!

Dovrebbe aver saputo a causa della posizione, ma è uscito dalla furgonetta e si è schiacciato con le mosche in pochi secondi.

Piccolo posto come descritto sull'erba, si può essere bloccato e bisogno di essere tirato con l'aiuto dei locali. Abbiamo finito per parcheggiare sulla griglia perché pioveva e non volevamo avere lo stesso problema.

24/01/2024 Ottimo posto a 100 metri dal molo del lago, armati e pericolosi per le mosche come sono ovunque, la nostra guardia ha fatto un buon lavoro anche se. lavare i bagni (nessun pennello?) e acqua fredda scivolo. posto tranquillo proprio di fronte dalle proprietà residenziali quindi assicurarsi di mantenere il rumore al minimo.

Una folle quantità di mosche. Si apre la porta della vostra auto quelli davvero veloce e ci sono almeno 10 mosche nella vostra auto. Anche il bagno è fuori ordine. Altrimenti una bella posizione vicino al lago...

Buono come un campeggio passaporto ma a causa della grande quantità di mosche si vuole solo essere nella vostra tenda o furgone.
