Se amate le escursioni, e avete esperienza di percorrenza, buone attrezzature, buoni piedi sulle rocce e mappe, con un sacchetto enorme di cibo, considerate alcuni loop alternativi. raccomando Sunset Saddle da Angelus Hut a Hopeless Hut, e Moss Pass per connettervi alla Valle D'Urville.

Planned 4 giorni tramps, ha iniziato a Mt Robert Carpark, 3h per raggiungere Speargrass cottage e 5h più per raggiungere Sabine cottage, poi ha dovuto girare intorno bc di improvviso grande pioggia (deve attraversare vapori prima di raggiungere Blue Lake Hut). 1st giorno abbastanza intenso come la pista lungo il lago Rotoroa era stato lavato via. non sottovalutare questo tramp come ho fatto, mi considero come confermato ma se il tempo bagnato, ci sono radici scivolose ovunque.

Escursione avanzata al lago blu! Ci vogliono almeno due giorni e anche più se aggiungi il lago blu come parte aggiuntiva al Travers-Sabine-Circuit! Lo abbiamo fatto in 6 giorni. Ci sono diverse cabine DOC. Migliore escursione (meglio di Kepler ecc.) in NZ finora! E il lago blu è incredibile :)

Did in September 2017. Wrong season but great hiking. Keep walking little bit further after blue lake, will get to lake Constance.

Very hard to get there (for a reason is the clearest water in the world!!) You need to be fit and not for beginners as I am. The worst for me was the absence of indicative signals. After many hours of walk you never know where the next hut will be. But if you are motivated enough, go for it!! It's a gorgeous trekking

Awesome place! Not easy to get there but worth it

Probably one of the best scenery in NZ. Absolutely stunning with Blue Lake and Lake Constance a little further up the track. It literally is blue!
