Behind the façade of the small country town of Injune, beats the heart of a very vibrant community with a dedicated Visitor Information Centre! The Injune Information Centre offers a one stop shop for travel information including maps, brochures and itineraries. Staffed by skilled and knowledgeable locals, the centre can provide advice on the things to see, do and where to eat. Drop by for a free cuppa and discuss your travel plans with the friendly volunteers! Injune is the most northern town in the Maranoa district and sits at the foothills of the Carnarvon Ranges on the western spur of the Great Dividing Range. Injune is a great "Home Base" for your Carnarvon Experience.
