Diamond Tree Lookout Manjimup
The Diamond Tree Lookout is a 49m Karri tree located in the Pemberton State Forest, Western Australia. It was built in 1941 as a fire lookout tower and operated until 1974. The tree was chosen for its central location and height, which provides panoramic views of the surrounding forest and coastline.
The lookout tower is a popular tourist destination, offering visitors the opportunity to climb to the top of the tree and experience the breathtaking views. The climb is challenging but rewarding, and the views from the top are simply stunning.
