It is a great spot! It has a cave and a rock jump in the southern end and there are hardly ever any waves breaking. I don't recommend the walk down to the beach if you are an elderly because it is rather steep.
You need to drive down Normans Access Road, through the forestry commission area and there is a car park at the end. It is a 20 minute walk.
