Handy spot close to town with many spots available in this large area. There is a dog park close by, and the sign says a maximum of up to 72 hours. Dump station, bins, and even a community library on site! The only downfall for us, as a family with a child still learning to walk, is that there isn't a lot of grass to put him down on (mostly dirt), but that's not necessarily a complaint, just a challenge for us 🙃 Thanks Moonta for the free/cheap donation camping!

Large area suitable for all types of rigs. Under trees or in the open. It was very dusty when we were there but that’s because there were strong winds for a couple of days, although we were largely sheltered from the wind. Dump point, water available. Walk to toilets and town. Enjoyed our stay in Moonta.

Dit is een geweldige plek. Dicht bij de stad en winkels. Mooie basis om te hebben tijdens het verkennen van Kadina, Wallaroo. Mooie wekker oproep van de lokale rooster loopt rond om u te begroeten wanneer u aankomt. 😍 Plaats uw shopper dockets in de Hongaarse 'Minion' bij de ingang of geef een kleine donatie om dit open te houden. 👍

Zeer goede plek om gratis te slapen, er zijn toiletten op slechts 5 minuten lopen

Geweldige plek om te verblijven op open plekken of onder bomen. Geschikt voor voertuigen van alle groottes. Donatie aan de lokale gemeenschap. Het centrum van de stad en openbare toiletten liggen op slechts 10 minuten lopen.

What a great spot! Nice and big, shady spots with grassy patches. Yes no bbq or facilities, however, public toilets 200m up Ellen st - opposite the entry. Pizza restaurant and pubs in town to feed anyone. Could easily pitch tent for two nights.??????BW

Easy park for any vehicule, really quiet in the night and few trees for some shades. Ideal for a night !
