Campground was good, Toilets are ok and people around friendly. Can recommend that little quiet campground.
The shire has demolished the flushing toilets and put up drop toilets , and also they have put in some rehabilitation along the creek , I have been told Wellington Shire are possibly going to make it a day visit area , like they have at Franklin River. So if you wish if to stay a camping area email Wellington Shire council to keep it open for camping
Was an amazing stay until I had to tell a few disrespectful drunk campers to turn down their music. Nothing to do with the campsite but, please if you're out in the bush, make sure to be respectful. Pick up after yourself and don't be loud.
Loved this free campsite. Very beautiful and quiet. Toilets worked. Had a fire to sit around during the evening. Highly recommend
What a beautiful place to spend the night. Toilets look neat and several places to park camper. No 4wd needed to get there. Sometimes a branch on the road. But "No worries"
Nice spot! Just a warning though, we came from Tarra Bulga National Park and our GPS (takes us occasionally dodgy but fun ways!) took us through Madalya and then on a road called Fairview Road. Definitely would not recommend this way if you don't have a 4WD! It's not much of a road in areas and has those old forestry track dips/ruts.
Amazing campground literally on a running freshwater stream with a beautiful waterfall at the top! Literally the only people there Nice fire pits and toilets on site Probably my favourite spot in the last 2 years
