When I drove out to this place in Nov 25 I found gravel road fine in my 2wd van but couldnt enter campground as had a sloping rutted entry & sign stating 4wd only yet that was not on flyer for campsites I got from tourist office. Luckily I could turn around as tree down over road just after entry. I walked down in the rain to check out grounds: no campers & grass long but fast flowing river was impressive. I hope entry is improved & info centre told as it would be a relaxing place to stay.

Ik hield van deze camping. Mooie plek, rivier rond, een leuke plek voor een duik of een paddle. Lange vuilweg om binnen te komen, maar zeer haalbaar in een 2WD. Geen telefoonreceptie, veel site keuzes met open haarden.

Geweldige goed gehouden camping plaatsen veel plaatsen zodat je kunt kamperen weg van anderen maar we hadden alle sites voor onszelf. Signage zegt 4wd toegang maar het is een golvende weg helemaal super gemakkelijk. Als je je tijd op de weg dan gemakkelijk een caravan nemen de hele weg naar het einde.

Roads reopened again! Amazing spot

The road is closed, cause of the bushfires. Too bad.

Beautiful! We drove a 2WD that is high on it's wheels, so no problems for us while driving the gravel road. Not suitable for every car.. You camp next to the river, allowed to make a little campfire, the stars were so clear and at night we heard the dingo's howling. Real camping!

It’s a real nice place in the middle of nowhere. Take in mind that you have to cross a 14km gravel road what is not suitable for every car....
