I went to the cliff and I slept down because the freecamp downstairs is nothing special. The cliffs and the beach below are just magical but ... I was awoken at 2am by a big 4x4 that came right next to the van, stayed a few minutes, honked quickly ... I got very scared because completely alone tonight I did not go out and he ended up leaving .... I do not really understand the intention of this person who does this regularly seen other comments ... But who does not look to hit the tiles or make you leave so good ...
No toilets found :(
Fabulous - in fact drive on and you can park in most wonderful location on cliff but no toilets. But totally heavenly - and quiet - there were only two other campers parked up
Not possible, very muddy and only grass places.
Continue the path to the top of the cliffs. The view is beautiful !
Great spot to stay. So glad we went there. Beach below was deserted and there was only a few other vans parked over night. Highly recommend, especially in good weather.
The camp shown on the app is not very welcoming, however if you continue up the hill you arrive on a cliff promontory overlooking the bay with a magnificent view for a drink. Do not park too close to cliffs that are quite eroded. We stayed there and we had the visit at 3am of a local buiseux 4x4 who is amused to make well-supported burns to throw mud on the van. So if it makes you want to sleep prepare for this kind of disappointments. Up to you. It is still a grandiose view that is worth it for a good breakfast or a sunset!
We also went until the end of the road to the cliffs. It can be slippery on the grassy area. Be careful if you drive a large caravan... We didn't see any toilets, but there is an i-Site in town. A stroll over the cliffs at daylight is very beautiful and there is a nice starry sky.
The name is a bit misleading, it's the name of the road. The site without facilities is located behind the golf place on a small hill. Gorgeous view on the sea and the dunes. Huge grassy area with difficult walks. You could use the place with toilet and garbage bin in town and go for a stroll to the hill.
After passing Morray campsite we passed this also as it looked very boring. Drive a little further for the most spectacular camping spot on top of the cliffs. Its very exposed and has no facilities but is well worth it for the views and privacy.
