Veldig hyggelig gratis stopp over. Min kone og jeg ankom sent på ettermiddagen, men klarte å få et sted. gikk ned til båten rampe og hadde en fisk. Se opp for den lokale krokodille. Clean toaletter dump stasjon fin spasertur på stranden. Kunne ha bodd en annen natt.

Free but needs to be booked through Townsville council website. Flushing toilets, drinking water, covered seating, electric bbqs, fishing, playground, 48hr max stay. Fish and chip shop open daily.

Great free camp near the sea, ideal for fishing! Remember to take mosquito repellent, they are voracious in the evening. Clean toilets on site, but no showers. Don't forget to book online via the city's website before arriving!

Nice spot close to the beach. You can hear the waves at night. We arrived at about 6pm (June) and there was one space left. So I would recommend getting there early if possible. Toilets were clean. No private showers though, only the cold outdoor one.

Great free campsite with sea view so inevitably a few mosquitoes! It is better to arrive early because there are not many pitches and even if you need authorization either on the internet (the link is in the comments) or by scanning the QR code at the entrance I think you are not guaranteed to have a spot... because there is no barrier at the entrance. There are picnic tables, barbecues, games for children. The toilets are clean but no hot showers.

Veldig bra beliggenhet med litt plass. Dusjen er rett ved siden av barnas lekeplass og er kald. Ellers er vannet ikke drikkbart, noe som er en skam. Toalettet er rent, men det er mye mygg, spesielt om morgenen.

Det er en inngang med en høyde på 2,4m, men 2 km langs hovedveien er det en annen inngang og det er ingen bro der.

Gratis camping på stranden, ingen sikkerhetsnett slik at du ikke kan svømme.

Sandfugler av hundrevis. vi bodde 10 minutter. myggnettet er ubrukelig.
