We had a fantastic stay at Anglers Lodge. The owners are lovely people who share plenty of information upon check in, along with good fishing spots! They make a great coffee and have a small shop for snacks or forgotten essentials. The facilities are fantastic and well maintained. During our stay there was a pretty bad weather event with heaps of rain for over 30 hours straight, they kindly offered us an upgrade to a lodge so we could escape our small van for the night! 10/10 Best camp in NZ!!

Flott pris, 20pp for et strømløst sted og hadde alt du trengte. varme dusjer, svømmebasseng, bbq og kjøkkenområde, vask til en ekstra kostnad, et svømmebasseng bord og dart! Hva mer kan du virkelig ønsker. 10/10, ville bo igjen :)

3 måneder med å reise over hele North Island og Anglers Lodge er en av våre mest favoritter så langt. Ren & moderne bad, ny & flekkfri vaskemaskin & tørketrommel, vennlig personale, et vakkert sted med de mest fantastiske solnedgangene. Jeg tror vi hadde en av de beste stedene på bakken (ved siden av ekstra toalett og båtvask). Hvis noe, var bassenget litt for kjølig for oss så vi ikke brukte det, men det er spaet! Kjøkkenet er ganske lite, men vi aldri trengte det. Vil besøke igjen!

Anglers Lodge in Coromandel is an amazing place to stay! The campgrounds are lovely, with clean bathrooms and free showers. The kitchen is spotless and well-equipped with all necessities. We loved the big pool area and the spa jacuzzi (available for a cost). The views of the ocean are absolutely stunning! Jason and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The common room is great, with charging ports and a TV, and the Wi-Fi is strong but phone signal isn't great. Highly recommend!

Hot water shower, clean toilets. Kitchen poorly equipped and very small for everyone in the campsite. Common area with TV. Paid WiFi. The owners are very nice. But $25 per person for a van space is too expensive.

My corner of paradise in New Zealand, the best campsite of our 3 weeks, the setting is idyllic between river meadows and ocean views. The owners are absolutely lovely. The toilets couldn't be cleaner and well maintained, the kitchen is a gem, everything is available, even the ovens, it's bright and you also have a view of the sea from here. Very pleasant swimming pool. Swimming in the sea as well. Finally, a cozy sofa corner from which you can spend wonderful evenings listening to the sound of the sea, grocery store and café on site. I would have liked to stay there longer! don't hesitate, paradise is here!!
