Had a lot of fun on this hike. It’s an off a little trail on the left side of the road driving north, right before the buildings and across from the railway station. Follow the grass to posted signs. It crosses private land but great infrastructure to pass over the fences and yellow signs telling you you’re on the right trail, it’s also pretty visible in the grass. There are cows and sheep in some of the fields but didn’t have any issues. The drawings were incredible. It was pretty steep

This would have been a great place to see but no signage on main road and drove straight past the road it on.

A caminhada levou cerca de 1,5 horas de retorno. Comece de Waikato (em oposição ao fim da Ferrovia Weka) e desce uma trilha de grama, em seguida, virar para a esquerda e para cima sobre uma fazenda privada. Deixe as portas como você as encontra. Sem cães. Interessante para ver alguma arte caverna antiga, como eu não vi nenhuma na NZ antes. Mas provavelmente não gosto de exemplos europeus.
