Really lovely site and (for me) all the better for NOT being in town. Very clean, good spacing so not on top of each other, super friendly and helpful staff at reception and lots of facilities to cater for most needs. I'll definitely use this placed again next time I'm this way.

Place is very clean, all equipment worked well. Staff was not friendly though. We felt not welcomed.

Beautiful and peaceful. Tucked in the middle of the forest right next to Blue Lake (Public access) and very close access the the Whakarewarewa Forest Loop mountain bike trail (which I rode yesterday and it was amazing!) well maintained facilities and a super friendly staff. Do it!

The best campsite since we arrived in NZ!! Superb service and facilities. The individual showers are very clean, some with a view of the lake. The kitchen has great equipment, including large griddles. There's also a pump track, a children's playground, and fun bikes 😀.

Nice site on the lakes edge. Good facilities. Plenty of hooks and shelves in the shower and a mat to keep feet dry.

Campground is lovely located near the lake. Facilities are sufficient and clean. Playground with trampoline for kids. Nothing to complain about in general.

Webbplatsen duschar och personal inte upp till topp 10 standard skulle inte rekommendera.läget är trevligt men en 15 minuters bilresa till staden personalen på receptionen är inte mycket hjälpsam när det gäller lokal information det finns ingen shuttle som i Queenstown så mellan 9 och 10 på natten det finns massor av lastbilar som kommer in från showen i staden. vattentrycket är hemskt det tog mig vid 30 att fylla vår van med vatten och duschen tryck med varje gång någon sköljer loa du får bara varmt vatten

Bra campingplats med häckar antingen sida din plats för integritet! Bra och rena faciliteter, lite långt bort från staden för priset men vacker sjö i närheten.
