Whananaaki har också en allmän butik med kaffe!!! Och den längsta fotbroen i södra halvklotet. Tillträdesväg mellan butiken och skolan. Missa inte det.

En riktig dold pärla. Otrolig utsikt, härliga lokalbefolkningen och rena toaletter. Promenera längs klippan till klipphålet för otrolig utsikt.

We arrived on the evening of December 27th; there were no signs indicating that overnight stays were permitted. We stayed anyway, and no one bothered us. It was Christmas weekend, so there was some noise around us from the holidaymakers. The toilets were a bit dirty, and we couldn't find any drinking water. The view was beautiful.

Great spot right by the bay. Very quiet surroundings. We were the only ones there. Right by the road but hardly any traffic so no big deal. From our campsite we did a 5km hike out to the point of land on Matatura Reserve. Spectacular views so highly recommended. We were the ONLY ones on the track. Longer drive to get to this camp spot but I highly recommend it. Bathrooms and a sink. So so phone signal here.

Vi tillbringade en lugn natt här i vackra omgivningar, med en vacker utsikt, av oss själva. Bra flush toaletter. Men oklart om frihet camping är tillåten - inga tecken säger om det är tillåtet eller inte. Mycket liten plats, bara plats för 3 eller så vagnar.

Mycket bra plats, ingen skylt på plats. Rengör toaletter och belysning på natten.

Så vacker plats, körningen är väl värd det
