Ägarna är otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. Faciliteterna är trötta men rena och funktionella. Vi såg pingviner på stranden en kväll.

Trevlig camping, en av våra favoriter i NZ. Bra liten plats med en butik med allt du kan behöva på plats, bensin om du behöver det och verkligen rena bekvämligheter. Personalen var allt annat än trevlig och hjälpsam för oss och berättade även om de älvor pingviner som bor under stugorna. lyckades se 4 pingviner bara 200m från vår van. (Vänligen inte använda blixtar!) Rätt på stranden och nära till farväl spott. Fick massor av lokala rekommendationer från personalen.

The staff at this campsite are some of the most unpleasant people we have encountered in New Zealand. Not sure why they own a campsite if they're gonna act like they don't even want you there.

Extremely lovely campsite without a big snack. place above the sea excellently located. kitchen and sanitary facilities somewhat outdated but kept very clean.

Great vibe! Ignore the comments about the mean lady, new owners now so the new lady is lovely! Right on the beach so perfect for watching the sunrise and going for a swim. A few sandflies tenting but nothing with a bit of repellent. Great showers and toilets for ladies, fantastic way to start our trip!

Loveley Campsite next to the beach. Warm welcome on the reception, basic and clean facilities, TV-room and good working WiFi :) any time again!

Lovely spot right on the beach, good facilities, big kitchen (need your own pots etc), clean free showers with no timers (yay no standing naked and cold waiting to rinse your hair) and very sweet hosts. An absolute steal for $20 per person. Call ahead to book as they do sell out.

Vackert läge bredvid stranden, rena och välskötta faciliteter, varma duschar ... jag skulle definitivt komma tillbaka!

Det är en super trevlig och vacker plats. Rekommenderas starkt! Obegränsade duschar, allt är mycket rent.

Amazing spot! Very natural, hot showers, great kitchen. The best fire pit we’ve ever seen - make sure to bring marshmallows! $20 a night plus $5 for power site which is sooooo worth what you get. Lovely campers seem to flock here and if you walk just 20 mins flat to the right of the coast you’ll come across the most incredible beach I have ever swam in. Just perrrfect!!! You can’t book but that’s okay, lots of space. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Fabian and family x
