Anlände på natten i mörkret, svårt att se saker men det fanns gott om utrymme. Vissa hundar skällde men det var det. Toalett rent, använde inte duschen. Förutom att huvudsakligen regnar så såg inte mycket, det var okej i regnet om du tänker på var du parkerar.

Stora utrymme på stranden av sjön, kan man lätt hitta en plats i det tysta. torra toaletter och varm dusch mycket uppskattat. Några utrymmen med skyddade bord. En plats att rekommendera !!

Wonderful freedom campground!Beautiful view and atmosphere. Easy to get the permit and there is FREE HOT SHOWER! Love it!

Lovely spot even in the pouring rain! Really peaceful, loads of space too. Long drip toilets. Council did a rubbish run first thing in the morning. Would definitely stay again 😊 Apply for a free permit with South Waikato Council.

En sådan härlig plats! Drop toaletter, heta duschar, bbq områden, vacker natur, gott om utrymme för alla. Få tillståndet är verkligen lätt. Tack för att du gör det möjligt att stanna här!

Incredible free camping - such beautiful scenery, lots of space, close to the calm waters. The hot shower was such a gorge bonus! Very grateful this place exists.

Lots of space for campers, the toilets were average but that is to be expected over New Year’s Eve, best to bring toilet paper if staying around this time of year as it goes fairly quickly with multiple groups of people. The toilets were cleaned every day which was a bonus, there was a large skip bin as well for any rubbish to help people be tidy kiwis
