Day 1: Arrival, Yulara and Uluṟu Sunset
Morning:
Arrive at Ayers Rock Campground and set up your camp. This is your home base for the next few days—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to immerse yourself in the surroundings.
Afternoon:
Explore the town of Yulara: Wander through the local shops and galleries to get a feel for the Outback vibe. You might want to check out the Cultural Centre (free entry) for insights into the local Aṉangu culture.
Evening:
Uluṟu Sunset Viewing: Drive to the designated Uluṟu Sunset Viewing Area, that offers stunning views of Uluṟu as the sun drops. Relax and enjoy the stunning colours as the rock changes its hues with the setting sun. This is a truly magical experience, and it’s completely free!
Day 2: Sunrise at Uluṟu, Mutitjulu Waterhole and Guided Cultural Tour
Morning:
Uluṟu Sunrise: Wake up early to witness the sunrise over Uluṟu from Talinguṟu Nyakunytjaku - Uluṟu Sunrise Viewing Area. The early morning light makes for incredible photographs, and the atmosphere is peaceful.
After sunrise, consider a Base Walk around Uluṟu (10.6 km). This walk takes around 3-4 hours and offers close-up views of the rock’s stunning geological features. It’s free to do, and there are plenty of spots to rest and take in the beauty.
Afternoon:
Visit Mutitjulu Waterhole: The short Kuniya Walk runs from the car park to Mutitjulu Waterhole, a special place where Uluṟu's Traditional Owners regularly take VIPs. The British Royals and the Dalai Lama are just some of the famous faces who have visited.

Evening:

Day 4: Kata Tjuṯa and Wintjiri Wiṟu Twilight Experience
Morning:

Wintjiri Wiṟu Twilight Tour: Conclude your Outback adventure with the Wintjiri Wiṟu Twilight Tour.
