Terrible! $40 a night is an absolute rip-off. The highway is incredibly noisy, there are lots of shady characters wandering around, no camp kitchen, and only one sink for washing up, which is for the women. Three out of five showers are working. Three out of five toilets are working. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. Don't stay here! We didn't feel safe.

This park has a lot of permanent residents and is very run down. Amenities block is the same. It is also close to the coal train line that seems to go 24/7. Not much else around Maitland unfortunately if you have a Van and are visiting family.
