You hope the park has seen better days because it feels like you are parking between a junk yard and the road with half of the park old dingy long term RV shacks. Common area is dated & less than basic, sad little playground, and code-locked facilities. You can’t dump grey water at your site and bore hole water is gold with sediment. The staff was pleasant but price doesn’t reflect bargain, old timers vibe
