Spent 2 days camping on the beach. Turtle camp is exposed. Windy when we were there.Road in is full of corrugations 4WD only. Need to be fully self sufficient.

Steep Point is 4WD access only and extremely remote. It is controlled by DPAW so fee payment is necessay. Lower your tyre pressure or you will be fined. Carry all essentials, especially ample water. Take out all rubbish. Avoid glass if you can as track can be badly corrugated.
