Lovely spot by the river which we were lucky enough to have all to ourselves. The toilet is closed during winter, so only for self contained during that time. There was a warning about the area being prone to flash flooding, so possibly avoid if it looks like rain. It's super dark at night, a great dark night experience where we could see all the stars. Was lovely. Lots of mooing cows the night we stayed, and they went all night long. Not sure if that's seasonal or they are unusually loud 🤣

Beautiful spot where you are able to park right near the stream. Almost no people. One drop toilet which was very clean and nice.

Kia ora travellers! If you are in search of rural little hideaway, then you have found the spot. The river is gorgeous (please check LAWA websites “can I swim here” for Ōroua River before swimming). Peaceful, not many others there in December when we visited, trees provide the perfect amount of shade. The toilet (long drop) was great, no other facilities but no problem in such a beautiful location. Even some friendly cows in the paddock nearby. We loved it!

Bu yeri çok sevdim, bu kadar özel. Yaklaşık 8 kampçı etrafında noktaladı ama o kadar çok alan gerekirse 4x yerleşebilir ve hala özel. Maksimum yok. Tuvalet temiz (longdrop) nehir dondurma ama yüzmek için bu kadar taze. Hiçbir büyük hatalar, iyi hücre resepsiyonu. Oraya ulaşmak için yol biraz rüzgarlı ama manzaralar inanılmaz ve o kadar değerli. Gece yolda seyahat etmeyecek. küçük kamp ateşleri için ayarlanmış gibi görünüyordu ama bir tane yapmadık. Kolayca 2 gece kalabilirdi ama sadece 1 kalmıştı.

Şaşırtıcı manzara ile bir nehir yakınında sessiz ve huzurlu bir yoldan harika bir yer!

Biz bu yeri seviyoruz! O kadar sessiz, damla tuvaletleri iyidir. ama nehirde yüzebileceğiniz doğrudur. biz burada bir süre kaldık çünkü o kadar huzurlu.

Öyle güzel bir yer, o kadar sessiz ve whanau dostu. awa çocuklar için güzel bir küçük yüzme yeriydi.

Güzel bir yer doğada, orada başka kampçılar yok. 10:00'da bir okul açık havada spor yapıyor geldi :)
