A nice campground, with a clear river running through it. Never seen so many flies in my life!! I don’t think any repellent will help to be honest there are thousands, don’t open your door for even a minute if you’re near the river in the evening. Other than the flies, a lovely place - no toilet roll

Great spot, drop toilets are in good condition, plenty of space with picnic tables and fire pits, bring your own toilet paper and firewood.

Highly recommend, with a beautiful stream to cool off and fish. Drop toilets are fine. Do not go past this spot ? BW

Beautiful open grassy area with a babbling brook running alongside. Quiet and pristine. Good to bring your own firewood . Drop toilets were clean and absolutely not smelly at all. Very little noise from road.

Best free campsite we've been too. Beautiful spot by the creek with visits from wild horses. Drop toilet but it's clean, take loo roll with you.

Best spot in the area to free camp. Beautiful grassy spots with crystal clear creek running. Long drop toilets but are clean and not too smelly. Bring your own toilet paper. Wildlife everywhere. We had wild horses and kangaroos visit and we saw a platypus in the creek. Can get cool at night.

Nice area next to the street. Toilet is really clean, picnic tables and fire places available. A little river is around the place, it’s not deep but really clear and cold. Green pasture camping ground. At the night are coming wild horses to the place. The night is really cold and there are some load trucks driving in the night. Not far away from the caves.

Very pleasant peaceful spot, not too far from the caves and the thermal pool. We even had our own spar in the river made by a circle of rocks. Bring your own toilet paper as none supplied. Toilets good with no smell. Was unexpectedly freezing at night despite hot in the day. Bring warm bedding even in the summer.
