The scenery is beautiful, the bathroom is really cold in the winter.

You get what you pay for & the convenience of not having a short drive after a long hike (Mueller Hut) makes it worth it! That, and the gorgeous view of Mt Cook being just a short walk down to Lake Pukaki from the campsite. Facilities are in good shape with a fully stocked kitchen of all supplies you need for making any meal.

Very beautiful place to stay at! With a 15-min walk from the spot, you can reach the lake and see an amazing sunset. The facilities are nice. Kitchen has a lot of space and pots/pans ready. The toilets are clean and nice. Showers are good with hot water, but with poor water pressure (like always at campsites haha) Staff is very nice and accommodating! Had a lovely night here.

Clean and well-located campsite but clearly too expensive for the associated services. There are only 3 very aging douches for a large number of campers. The kitchen is spacious but quickly filled also at peak hours.

Worth the price. Got there around 2:30pm and able to choose from any sites really. WiFi is great. Peaceful place to stay. Didn’t use any facilities so can’t really comment on that.

Nice and clean facilities. Hot showers were a god-send, though the water pressure was a little low. Bring cash and exchange for coins at reception if you want to use the laundry.

A really beautiful and very clean campsite. You absolutely must take the short walk to Lake Pukaki; it's such a lovely spot with a fantastic view of Mount Cook. The only thing that bothered me was that you can choose your own spot. This means that if you arrive late in the evening, you'll have to start by searching for what is probably the last available spot...

First come first served spots with great views of the lake and mountains. Clean showers and toilets. WiFi was poor but expected because people probably weren’t going anywhere with the weather being bad.

Terrible organization! We have arrived early hoping they would let us in like everywhere else before checkin time, especially knowing that they have over 20 spaces unsold. They deny it mentioning at 10 am that peopl were cleaning. So we wait until 2pm to check in, we go to the kitchen and we are told it‘s closed because they are cleaning it. So we cook outside until 3pm hoping to get a shower but when we get to the bathroom it‘s closed for cleaning. Seriously for the price a theft! Avoid it.

Not worth the money at all - keep driving and go to lakes edge holiday park at lake tekapo. The unpowered sites here all unlevelled, rocky, and pool with water when there is rain. The facilities are very old, military style. The showers are dirty/unlevelled, and the laundry room is small with long wait to get a machine to wash clothes. Showers and laundry were the only reason I booked this place, but honestly I wish I had driven somewhere else.
